You hear that word a lot these days in business “culture”. Culture is really important to us at AR Engineering. We work hard, serve our clients, have fun, and value family. This summer we had a great opportunity to have a lot of fun with all our families at the company-wide picnic. The most exciting part about this picnic was that it was the first combined event of the two offices of Grand Haven and Kalamazoo. It was a great celebration event, with lots of great games, swimming, kayaking, and an amazing spread of food. However, the biggest hit was the praying mantis!
