AR Engineering had the opportunity to partner with Continental Properties to bring their residential development to Kalamazoo, Michigan. AR Engineering provided surveying, civil design, inspection, and staking services. Authentix Kalamazoo will be a 240-unit multi-family development that will have a dog park, pet spa, maintenance garage, resort style swimming pool, and a 24 hour fitness center. Each building will contain studio units, as well as one, two, and three bedroom options. Located only a few minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and adjacent to I-94, this 20-acre development will provide residents easy access to all of the major businesses in the area. Continental Properties continuously works to improve their developments by updating their properties, as the dynamic of the resident changes.
